What is your return policy?
If you for any reason would like to return your jewelry, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package. In order for us to handle the return, you must ship the package back to Léc. Please note that the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels must remain intact and attached to the product. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products that have been made to order or customized. If you have any concerns, please contact us at lec@lecofficial.com.
How long time does it take until I receive my refund?
If you paid with a credit card, your refund will show in your bank account within approximately 5 - 10 business days. We will make a refund through Stripe, who will accept it and send it to your bank. How long it takes for your bank you pay out your money depends on their deliberation time. If you have not received your refund within 10 days, first contact your bank.
My jewelry has been damaged, what do I do?
If your jewelry has been damaged, we always strive to fix it. To make sure that your jewelry is fixed properly, we always want to have a look at it first so we can find the source of the fault. Please come contact us at lec@lecofficial.com.
I have lost my return label, can I get a new one?
Feel free to email us at lec@lecofficial.com and we will send you a new one.
